## The 15-second structure

## Hooks to test

- "I didn't believe the reviews either."
- "Three months ago I [bad state]. Now [good state]."
- "Okay, I get the hype now."

## Tips

- Only use real customer claims, or label the ad as a dramatisation.
- Keep the result specific and believable; small and concrete beats big and vague.
- Doubt first makes the turn credible.
