Terms of service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are using Addy for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

Addy generates marketing content (concepts, scripts, images, video) using third-party AI models, schedules and publishes it to social accounts you connect, and optionally launches paid ads in ad accounts you connect. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

Credits and billing

• Plans renew monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Credits are granted at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it. Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted and refunded automatically if it fails.
• Credit costs per format are shown in the app before you generate. We may change prices with 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds: the 7-day trial is free. Paid plans are refundable within 7 days of first payment if fewer than 100 credits were used.

Your content and ownership

You own the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law and by the model providers' terms, the outputs generated for you. You may use outputs commercially. You grant us a licence to store, process and display your content to run the service, and, only if you opt in, to feature it as a case study.

Acceptable use

• No content that impersonates a real person without consent, including synthetic likenesses of real people.
• No deceptive, illegal, medical, financial or political advertising claims that violate platform policies or law.
• No scraping Addy, reselling credits, or sharing accounts beyond your plan's seats.
• You are responsible for complying with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta Ads policies, including AI-content disclosure.

Third-party services

Generation runs on Higgsfield (Wan 3.0 and image models), Anthropic and ElevenLabs. Billing runs on Stripe. Hosting runs on Vercel and Firebase. Their availability and terms affect ours; we are not liable for their outages or changes.

No guarantee of results

Addy makes and posts content. We do not guarantee views, followers, installs, sales, ROAS or any other outcome. Metrics shown in the product and in marketing examples are illustrative unless labelled as a customer result.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical, and refund unused prepaid periods unless the breach was deliberate.
