A talking head ad is a video where one person speaks straight to the camera, usually filmed selfie-style on a phone.
It is the most common UGC ad format because it is cheap to make and feels like a recommendation from a person rather than a brand. It works best with a specific story: a problem, what they tried, and what finally worked.
