Whitelisting
Also called: creator licensing, allowlisting
Whitelisting is when a creator gives a brand permission to run paid ads from the creator's own social account.
Platforms now formalise it as Spark Ads on TikTok and partnership ads on Meta. Creators usually charge a separate monthly fee for it on top of making the video.
