Testimonial ad script template
The testimonial template is a customer-style story: who they are, what they doubted, what changed, and why they would recommend it.
Best for: Products where trust is the barrier: skincare, supplements, services, apps that handle money.

Filled-in example: a budgeting app
- I saved my first $1,000 in two months. Here's what I used.
- I thought budgeting apps were just spreadsheets with ads.
- This one rounds up every purchase and moves it for me. I didn't feel it.
- If you're bad at saving like me, try it. Link below.
Hooks to test
- “I didn't believe the reviews either.”
- “Three months ago I [bad state]. Now [good state].”
- “Okay, I get the hype now.”
Tips
- Only use real customer claims, or label the ad as a dramatisation.
- Keep the result specific and believable; small and concrete beats big and vague.
- Doubt first makes the turn credible.
Format that fits best: UGC talking head. A creator holds the phone and talks about your product like a friend would.
